Georgia Power offers several options for customers who would like to sell electricity generated from renewable resources. Small generators, defined as Residential customers under 10 kW and commercial customers under 100 kW, can sell back to Georgia Power under the RNR-5 tariff.  Information is available here: http://www.georgiapower.com/green/dist_gen.asp

Larger generators, up to 80 MW, can sell back to Georgia Power as a Qualifying Facility (QF).  More information is available here:

Accion Group serves as the Independent Evaluator (IE) for the Georgia Power Company (the Soliciting Entity, or SE) 2015 Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking 800-1,200 MW of new supply-side resources.
